Designed specifically to work in harmony with the flexibility and elongation of VersEseal Rapid Build and Quick Set membranes, the VersEseal Top Coat also demonstrates good adhesion when directly applied to masonry, wood, metal, and old intact paint surfaces.
For application convenience, the VersEseal Top Coat can be applied using a brush, roller, or airless sprayer, making it particularly suitable for roof applications. For light-duty trafficable areas, we recommend using VersEseal TopGrip that has an additional grip additive to achieve a P5 grip rating in wet and dry conditions.
The VersEseal Top Coat is a water-based, VOC-free, and environmentally safe solution. It provides a flexible coating that resists cracking, chipping, and aging, and exhibits excellent freeze/thaw resistance once fully dried. Additionally, it meets potable water approval standards as specified in AS 4020 making it suitable for roofs where drinking water is collected.
